1. Go to supabase.com → New project (free)
2. Run supabase-setup.sql in SQL Editor
3. Go to Settings → API → copy Project URL & anon key

6. Drag that file to app.netlify.com/drop

駅での案内は、外国人旅行者が日本で最も戸惑う場面の一つです。まず、困っている人を見かけたら自分から声をかけることが大切です。"Can I help you?" や "Are you looking for something?" と声をかけると、相手は大変助かります。
行き先を確認する時は "Which station are you heading to?"、乗り換えが必要な場合は "You'll need to transfer at Shinjuku Station." と伝えましょう。ホームの場所は "Platform 3 is just down those stairs on your left." のように、具体的な目印と方向を合わせて説明すると伝わりやすいです。
相手が焦っている場合は "The next train leaves in about three minutes, so you have plenty of time." のように、時間の余裕を伝えると安心してもらえます。最後に "Have a wonderful time in Tokyo!" と一言添えると、温かい印象が残ります。
空港では時間的なプレッシャーがある中で、正確な情報を素早く伝えることが求められます。困っている人を見かけたら "You look a little lost — can I point you in the right direction?" と声をかけてみましょう。
ゲートへの行き方を案内する時は "Head straight down this corridor, then take the escalator up to the second floor." のように、順を追って説明します。セキュリティについては "You'll need to remove your laptop and any liquids from your bag before going through." と具体的に伝えると親切です。
時間が心配な相手には "Your gate is about a ten-minute walk, but boarding usually starts right on time, so I wouldn't worry." のように、距離と状況を合わせて伝えましょう。別れ際には "I hope your flight goes smoothly!" と声をかけると印象に残ります。
ファンミーティングでは、短い時間の中でファンとの特別な絆を築くことが大切です。ファンから強い気持ちを伝えられた時は "That truly means so much to me — thank you for being here." のように、誠実に気持ちを返しましょう。
海外からのファンとは "How long have you been following our music?" や "Which city are you from? That's wonderful that you traveled all this way!" と聞いてみると、自然な会話が生まれます。相手が日本語を勉強していると知った時は "Your Japanese is already impressive — please keep it up!" と励ましてあげましょう。
写真撮影の際は "Let's make this a great memory for both of us!" と笑顔で伝えると場が和みます。最後に "Your support gives me the strength to keep going — I'll never forget this." という言葉でファンの心に深く残る挨拶ができます。
レストランでの接客では、料理を魅力的に紹介する表現が特に重要です。おすすめを聞かれた時は単に名前を言うだけでなく "Our most popular dish is the ramen — it's made with a rich broth that's been simmering for over twelve hours." のように特徴を加えると印象が変わります。
食べ物の制限や好みを確認する時は "Do you have any dietary restrictions I should know about?" や "Are you okay with spicy food, or would you prefer something milder?" と聞くと丁寧です。注文が決まったら "Excellent choice! I'll have that out for you shortly." と一言添えましょう。
食事中に声をかける時は "Is everything tasting good so far?"、追加注文を促す時は "Can I get you anything else, perhaps some dessert or another drink?" が自然です。お会計の際は "Thank you so much for dining with us tonight — we hope to see you again!" と温かく締めくくりましょう。
コンビニでの接客は短い時間で的確に対応することが求められます。外国人のお客様がレジで困っている場合は "Are you paying by cash or card today?" と確認するところから始めましょう。ICカードでの支払いは "Just hold your card over the reader here — it'll beep when it's done." と説明すると親切です。
商品の場所を案内する時は "That's in the refrigerated section at the back of the store, on the right-hand side." のように具体的に伝えます。温める必要があるものには "Would you like me to heat this up in the microwave for you? It'll take about a minute." と声をかけましょう。
ATMや宅配サービスなど日本のコンビニ特有のサービスについては "We also have an ATM that accepts international cards, if you need cash." や "You can actually send packages from here — it's a very convenient service." と紹介すると喜ばれます。
街中で道を尋ねられた時は、まず落ち着いて相手の目的地を確認しましょう。"Sure, I can help — where exactly are you trying to get to?" と聞いた後、自分が知っている場所であれば自信を持って案内します。
方向を説明する時は "Walk straight ahead until you see a large intersection, then turn left." のように、動詞＋方向＋目印の順で話すとわかりやすいです。距離は時間で表現するのが直感的で "It's about a fifteen-minute walk, or you could take the subway and be there in five minutes." のように選択肢を提示するのも親切です。
相手が地図を持っていたら "May I see your map for a second? I can mark the route for you." と一緒に確認するのも良い方法です。最後は "You really can't miss it — it's one of the most famous landmarks in Tokyo." のように背中を押す一言で送り出しましょう。
観光地での写真撮影のお手伝いは、外国人旅行者と会話を始める素晴らしいきっかけになります。声をかける時は "Would you like me to take a photo with everyone in the frame?" と聞くと親切です。カメラを受け取ったら "Okay, I'll take a few shots so you can choose your favorite." と伝えましょう。
より良い写真を撮るためのアドバイスとして "If you step a little to the left, you'll have the temple in the background — it makes for a much better shot." のように具体的な提案ができると喜ばれます。撮影後は "Take a look and let me know if you'd like me to try a different angle." と確認しましょう。
写真がきっかけで会話が弾んだら "Is this your first time visiting Japan? There are so many wonderful places nearby that I could recommend." と地元ならではの情報を提供することができます。こうした一期一会の出会いが、旅行者にとって日本の最高の思い出になることがあります。
道に迷った旅行者に出会った時は、まず相手を安心させることが最優先です。"Hey, you look a bit lost — don't worry, I'm a local and I'm happy to help." と声をかけると、相手はすぐに安心します。状況を把握するために "Do you have the address of where you're going, or the name of the hotel?" と具体的な情報を確認しましょう。
スマートフォンを活用した案内として "Let me pull up Google Maps for you — if you type in your destination, I can show you the best route." は特に便利です。一緒に歩いて案内できる場合は "Actually, I'm heading in that direction anyway — let me walk you there." と申し出ると大変喜ばれます。
電車やバスを勧める場合は "The easiest way would be to take the Yamanote Line — it only takes about eight minutes and runs every three minutes." のように、所要時間と頻度を合わせて伝えると親切です。別れ際には "I hope the rest of your trip goes smoothly — Japan can be a little tricky to navigate at first, but you'll get the hang of it!" と励ましの言葉を添えましょう。
